Jaimie Lenderman is a Research Manager and Principal Analyst at Omdia overseeing the Broadband Access Intelligence Service. She provides insight to key audiences and ecosystem players. Her publications include quarterly market share trackers, forecasts, next-gen technology analysis and business strategy, and specialized consulting projects. She frequently participates in industry conferences and events around the world.

Jaimie’s research areas include fiber, copper, cable, and fixed wireless access technologies. She has worked in the telecoms industry for over seven years. Jaimie’s research findings and thought leadership have been published in key filings for prominent regulatory bodies, including the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the EU. She is based in southwestern Montana.

Geert Heyninck, Vice President and General Manager, Nokia
Based in Antwerp, Belgium, Geert is responsible for the Broadband Networks Business Unit which is part of Nokia’s Fixed Networks Business Group.

His scope covers all Nokia copper and fiber network products within FixedNetwork deployments. He has full profit and loss responsibility for theseproducts worldwide. As such, his role includes investments decisions, productdefinition, product development, global price setting and market messaging.The Broadband Access Business Unit has five development centers acrossEurope, China, USA, Canada and India.

Geert has more than 25 years of experience in the telecoms industry and holds Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering, Informatics and Applied Economics.

Doug Blue, Business Development - North America, Nokia
Doug Blue has over 20 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, and business development in the almost exclusively focused on fiber-to-the-home technologies and infrastructure.

Doug currently leads Business Development activities within North America for Nokia’s Fixed Networks. Prior to joining Nokia, Doug held the position of Director of Field Marketing at Calix where he was responsible for the development and execution of go-to-market activities for cable operators. Doug has also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Atlantic Engineering Group where he assisted municipalities and electrical cooperatives with the development of Gigabit FTTH business plans and the design and construction of their network. Doug has also been with CommScope, Alloptic, OFS, and started his career with Alcatel’s optical fiber division.

Doug is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and possesses a bachelor’s degree from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA. Doug currently lives in Atlanta, GA with his two children Ava, age 16, and Drake, 12.

Robert Kuse, Sr. Director, Access Engineering, Cox Communications, Inc.
Robert leads the Cox access engineering team that manages the technical deployments for Cox FTTH builds for both residential and commercial customers. Robert previously led the Cox commercial services engineering that built a national Cox Business services backbone and metro access network. He started his career at BellSouth and later AT&T. He was part of the product management team that launched DSL services as well as the initial fiber-to-the-cell site builds. He is a former board member and treasurer of the Metro Ethernet Forum.
