On October 21, 2024, threat actors gained unauthorized access to Conduent Business Solutions' network. The breach went undetected until January 13, 2025, nearly three months later. By then, attackers had compromised data belonging to 10.5 million people, making it the largest healthcare breach (so far) to be reported in 2025.
